Answer

Downloading free eBooks to an eBook reader with the Huntsville-Madison County Public Library's Digital Media Zone is easy. All you have to do is check out and download an eBook, then transfer it to your device using Adobe Digital Editions (ADE). If you have a Kindle, books are transferred via your Amazon account, but it is still free.

Visit the Digital Media Zone at http://dmz.hmcpl.org to browse for books. Once you are ready to check out and download, you must log in with your library card number and PIN. DMZ has help files specific to your device. Click on "Digital Help" in the left-hand column, then click on "My Help." Follow the prompts to instructions for your specific device.
