A note for the webmaster... You PIN numbers are stored in the clear. They need to be encrypted.
Also, when changing the PIN, the website will accept letters but is either chopping off symbols (or perhaps strings longer than a certain length) without warning and will report that the change was successful even though it is something shorter than what was typed.
