In the event that you encounter the continual spinning wheel when clicking on the details of an item in the Enterprise online catalog, you may need to clear the cache of your internet browser to correct this behavior. Some of the older components of a previous version of our online catalog are still stored in the cache of the browser, preventing our newer version Enterprise 4.2 from functioning properly.
You can get instructions on how to clear your browser's cache in this excellent WikiHow article, How to Clear Your Browser's Cache. It should only be necessary for you to do once after our upgrade on June 19, 2012, and some people may find that they don't need to do it at all.
There is still an issue with the Spinning Wheel of Doom when you try to examine an item's details when on page 2 or greater of a search results list. Please reformat your search to find that item on page 1 (e.g., search for an exact match of an ISBN or title and author.) And yes, we are working on a fix for that, too!
