Where can I find online study guides for preparing to take real estate exams?
The Library provides access to an excellent online collection of study guides called "Learning Express Library" that includes sample prep tests for real estate exams. This source can be accessed through the Library's web page (hmcpl.org), selecting "Online Resources," and then choosing "Learning Express." You will need to ask a library staff member to create an account with Learning Express by entering your full library card number and creating a pin number. Once you've registered at the Library, you will be able to access the resource at home through the Library's web site. After login, select "Jobs and Careers" and then select "Real Estate." You will then have access to a number of E-Tests and E-Books and can save them in "My Center" in order to retake and review them. There are E-tests and books on preparing for being a real estate appraiser, broker and salesperson. There are sample tests from a number of states including California, New York, Georgia, North Carolina and many others. A perfect source for anyone preparing for a career in real estate.
