Why is it repeatedly so difficult to request a receipt from HMCPL when I pay my fines which states my balance is now zero. Surely that feature
Mr. Copland--There is a make-shift way to print out a confirmation that you do not owe money. We can do a print screen of your account under the heading "bills" showing no outstanding charges. Unfortuantely, there is no feature allowing this to be done directly with Workflows. I'm sure Library staff would be glad to print out this screen for you showing that you have no outstanding charges.
