Q. what happened to the best seller lists on catalog search?

We are experiencing problems from our Library software vendor:

"The Enterprise/Portfolio Book River functionality is currently down due to unforeseen problems with the Booklist server that SirsiDynix maintains to communicate between Enterprise/Portfolio systems and the New York Times. We don't have an estimate of how long this will last. All book lists are currently affected."

We received this notification January 30, 2013.
