Q. I have a library card and have been trying to log in... I keep getting a "login failed" I don't know if I"m entering the card number

I have a library card and have been trying to log in... I keep getting a "login failed" I don't know if I"m entering the card number incorrectly or have the wrong pin number. 1. how do I reset the pin number? 2. how much of the card number do I need to enter - all 19 numbers? Thank you for your help

Answer

Be sure to log in with all of the numbers on your library card (14) and your four-digit PIN.  If you have any more problems with the login please send your library card number in an email to askus@hmcpl.org and we can check your account.
