Q. What is the Community Orgs Database and how would I locate it?

The Community Orgs Database is also known as the Community Organizations Database. This is a resource that provides contact information for clubs, associations, and non-profit organizations in Madison County. It is a great resource to help one find any kind of group in our area whether it is a support group to a self interest or hobby group. Another interesting thing is that even if you do not know a name of a group you can search by group types to find a group in your area of interest.

To find this database please see your tab called "Online Resources" and view your drop down menu. On the drop down menu you will see a link for "Community Info". Place your arrow cursor on the "Community Info" tab and out to your right of that tab you will see a link for the Community Orgs Database.

Here is a view on the link you would need to locate and select in order to view the Community Organizations Database.

As you will see the Community Orgs Database will be the first item on the list. By clicking the link you will be taken to a continuously growing nonprofit list of all kinds of groups in our county.
