Q. Where can I find online information on eating disorders?

One good source is "Medline Plus" (medlineplus.gov) an excellent gateway site for a variety of reliable health information. Another resource is "Eating Disorders Sourcebook, 3rd edition" found in the Gale Virtual Reference Library, accessible with your library card and pin number through the Library's website (hmcpl.org) under My Digital Library. This is an online verison of Gale's popular print resource, Health Reference Series. It provides basic consumer health information about anorexia nervosa, binge eating disorder and other eating disorders and related concerns. A good source for people researching the topic for personal interest or students writing research reports.
