Q. Does the Learning Express Library have any online information on preparing to homeschool my children?


 The Library provides access to an excellent online collection of study guides called "Learning Express Library" that includes several sources on optimising your home schooling exerience. This source can be accessed through the Library's web page (hmcpl.org), selecting "Online Resources," and then choosing "Learning Express." You will need to ask a library staff member to create an account with Learning Express by entering your full library card number and creating a pin number. Once you've registered at the Library, you will be able to access the resource at home through the Library's web site. After login, select "Jobs and Careers," select "Teaching," and then choose "Homeschooling." You will then have access to a number of E-books and can save them in "My Center" in order to review them. There are two E-books on improving your homeschooling teaching techniques. The Library has a variety of resources for the homeschooler. These sources from Learning Express Library are a perfect resource for parents wishing to maximize their homeschooling abilities.
